• Two bases "left and right" to help product research and development

Founded in 2015, Rubik's Cube Hydrogen Energy (Jiangsu) Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to the R&D, production and technical services of hydrogen fuel cell membrane electrode, bipolar plate, stack, engine and other production line equipment as well as key components of auxiliary systems such as humidifiers and inspectors.

At present, the company has nearly 100 employees, including 45 R & D technicians, and the proportion of employees with a bachelor's degree or above exceeds 50%. Its core technical team comes from the fuel cell research group of Wuhan Institute of Technology, which is the first group to carry out fuel cell research and development team in China.

By the end of 2022, the company has obtained 236 patents for hydrogen energy, including 41 invention patents and 195 utility models, appearance and soft materials.

According to Rubik's Cube Hydrogen Energy, it will complete the relocation of the main company in 2023 and set up a new headquarters in Wuxi, Jiangsu. The existing two R & D and production bases in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province and Wuhan, Hubei Province, with a total plant area of about 12500 square meters. For the two factories in Hubei and Jiangsu, Rubik's Cube hydrogen energy has also done a different division of labor

The plant in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province is planned to be used as a research and development production base for BOP humidifiers and CVM, and related equipment is planned to be put into operation in 2023. Hubei Rubik's Cube Factory, a wholly-owned subsidiary, will continue to be committed to the research and development of production line equipment and the use of manufacturing bases.

Rubik's hydrogen energy said that after the company moved to Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, the company's name changed from "new" to "hydrogen", which means that Rubik's hydrogen energy will be more comprehensively focused on hydrogen production line equipment research and development breakthroughs, and hydrogen will do its best to serve customers.

In the past 2022, Rubik's Cube hydrogen energy deep cultivation technology has achieved considerable results

1, PEM electrolytic cell membrane electrode production equipment breakthrough, successfully signed orders; Flow battery and air compressor production lines have been signed and delivered by many customers;

2, in terms of fuel cell voltage inspection instrument (CVM), the magnitude exceeded the number of shipments in 2021, with impedance detection function (CVM) from the first single product in China to break through the current 4 multi-channel products and batch supply;

3, the humidifier Z30P has been tested by many customers, completed the signing of batch orders, the self-built production line has been put into production and shipped, and the research and development of high-power humidifier has been completed simultaneously.

It is worth mentioning that in 2022, Rubik's Cube hydrogen energy will help the Winter Olympics, provide services for the second phase of Yihuatong production line, and become the designated supplier of Yihuatong engine system CVM products.

• Monitors to help Beijing Winter Olympics

For the arrival of 2023, Rubik's Cube hydrogen energy also has its own plan. With the landing of national and local policies related to the fuel cell industry, the development of the entire fuel cell industry is accelerating, pile and engine system manufacturers are accelerating the layout, and the demand for mass production lines will continue to increase.

At the same time, the market also needs more mature and leading technology, cost-effective equipment production lines and services. At present, the entire industrial chain equipment localization trend is obvious, the domestic level has reached the international advanced level.

Based on this, the development of Rubik's hydrogen energy business in 2023 will mainly focus on two aspects

Production line, membrane electrode, bipolar plate, stack, engine production line will continue to strengthen the manufacturing capacity of non-standard equipment, synchronous expansion direction, close to customer needs to achieve cost reduction personal service, and continue to optimize and upgrade the development of production line automation;

In terms of BOP, high-power humidifier products will be sent to the market in June 2023 for customer verification, and CVM will continue to develop iteratively on the basis of customer demand, expand platform products, and maintain the industry's technology leadership.
